House rules
We do not rent to groups of young people, the minimum age is 21. After 10 pm we ask for absolute quiet outside. Music can be played through the music system provided. Your own music system and speakers are not allowed. The basement level can be used for parties with musical entertainment. Subletting is forbidden. Smoking in the property is strictly forbidden. Outside it is allowed, an ashtray is provided. Pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons. Maximum 32 people (64 when renting both properties together), with the exception of 2 extra children under 2 years old (4 for both properties together). Tents, caravans and campers are forbidden. Nothing in the holiday home may be changed. The agreed arrival and departure times must be respected. In wind or rain, the doors and windows are closed. When nobody is home, the property is locked. Wifi is available, the password is in the welcome brochure.
