Booking or sending a request
That goes straight to the owner. Go to the place you have in mind and send your request from there; it reaches them, not us.
A request already in progress
The owner answers themselves, using the details you received with your request. If you hear nothing, let us know with the name of the place and your dates and we will look into it with you.
Listing your property
You do not need this form for that. The page for owners sets out what we ask and what it costs, and lets you submit your property there and then.
Partnership or press
Send your proposal through the form alongside and say what it is about, and it will reach the right person.
How we work
- Your message lands in one mailbox and is read by a person, not by a system handing out stock replies.
- We do not pass your details on to an owner. If you want us to step in, say so.
- If you hear nothing after a few working days, do send your message again. Something went astray, and we would rather know.
