€49 per property per year, and no commission on your bookings. What the guest pays goes straight to you.
How quickly is my place online?
As soon as we have checked your details, photos and prices. Usually within a few days.
Who handles payment?
You do, directly with the guest. No money passes through us and nothing is added to your price.
Do I have to connect my calendar?
You do not have to, but it helps: guests see straight away when you are free, and you get fewer requests for booked nights.
In which languages does my place appear?
The site runs in thirteen languages. We translate your description along, so a German or Polish guest understands it too.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. One message and we take your place offline.
