House rules
We do not rent to youth groups, the minimum age is 21 years. After 22 hours, we wish absolute peace outside. Music can be played via the existing music system. Own music installation and own boxes are not allowed. The basement can be used for parties with a musical setting. Subletting or subletting is prohibited. Smoking in the home is strictly prohibited. It is allowed outside, there is an ashtray provided. A maximum of 32 people (64 when renting both properties together), with the exception of 2 additional children under the age of 2 (4 for both properties together). Tents, caravans and motorhomes are prohibited. The holiday home may not be changed. The agreed arrival and departure times must be respected. In the event of wind or rain, the doors and windows will be closed. In the event of absence, the house will be locked. There is Wi-Fi available, the password is in the welcome brochure.
