Le Mas des Oliviers

Le Mas des Oliviers is a lovely single-storey villa with a private pool in Curfoz, just 3 km from the centre of Bouillon, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. The house is easy to reach, close to shops and sleeps up to 7 people. It makes an ideal base for a stay with family or friends. The house has 3 bedrooms: two rooms with a double bed of 160 × 200 cm and one room with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed. The shower room has a walk-in shower and a unit with a double washbasin. Inside, you will find a warm and cosy living room with a wood stove and a television, along with Wi-Fi. The dining room has a large family table, perfect for sharing a meal together. The kitchen, in Provençal style, is fully equipped, with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, a Nespresso machine and a traditional filter coffee maker. For relaxation and games, a garage is set up as a games room, with table football, a dartboard, a small seating area and a second fridge. This room is not heated. The villa has a magnificent panoramic view over the valley and a private outdoor pool (unheated), open from 26 April to 29 September. Several outdoor areas invite you to relax, including a large terrace under a pergola with garden furniture and an outdoor plancha. A second terrace, facing due south, lets you make the most of the view over the valley and the pool. The surroundings of Bouillon will delight anyone who loves nature and outdoor activities: mountain biking, hiking, trail running, kayaking or pedalos on the Semois: the options are plentiful. The Moulin de l'Épine footbridge and the Belvédère, about 2 km from the house, offer magnificent viewpoints.
