Le Mas des Oliviers: villa with private pool in Bouillon Welcome to Le Mas des Oliviers, a lovely single-storey villa in Curfoz, just 3 km from the centre of Bouillon, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. The house is easy to reach and close to shops. It sleeps up to 7 people and makes an ideal base for a stay with family or friends. The villa has a magnificent panoramic view over the valley and features a private outdoor pool (unheated), open from 26 April to 29 September. Several outdoor areas invite you to relax, including a large terrace under a pergola with garden furniture and an outdoor plancha. A second terrace, facing due south, lets you make the most of the view over the valley and the pool. Inside, you will find a warm and cosy living room with a wood stove and a television, along with Wi-Fi. The dining room has a large family table, perfect for sharing a meal together. The kitchen, in Provençal style, is cosy and fully equipped, with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, a Nespresso machine and a traditional filter coffee maker. The house has 3 bedrooms: two rooms with a double bed of 160 × 200 cm and one room with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed. The shower room has a walk-in shower and a unit with a double washbasin. For relaxation and games, a garage set up as a games room (unheated) is at your disposal, with table football, a dartboard, a small seating area and a second fridge. Please note: this room is not heated. The surroundings of Bouillon will delight anyone who loves nature and outdoor activities. Mountain biking, hiking, trail running, kayaking or pedalos on the Semois: the options are plentiful. The Moulin de l'Épine footbridge and the Belvédère, about 2 km from the house, also offer magnificent viewpoints. With nature all around, every comfort indoors and a welcoming atmosphere, Le Mas des Oliviers is the ideal place for a restful stay and for discovering all that the Bouillon region has to offer.
