La Floresta is situated directly on the banks of the Semois, at the end of a dead-end road, on the grounds of a former campsite that has now completely returned to nature. Thanks to this unique location you enjoy absolute peace and quiet, without through traffic, surrounded by woods, birds and the babbling waters of the Semois. The holiday home is an ideal destination for those seeking peace and quiet, walkers, mountain bikers, anglers and nature lovers. Walking and mountain biking routes start right from the front door, so you'll hardly need the car during your stay. From La Floresta you can explore the beautiful Semois valley, the woods of Mouzaive and the charming villages of Alle-sur-Semois, Vresse-sur-Semois, Laforêt and Membre. Just 1.5 kilometres on foot away lies the famous Pont de Claies, a unique traditional wooden bridge over the Semois and one of the area's best-known sights. For water enthusiasts, two canoes are available free of charge. Thanks to the riverside location you can enjoy canoeing, fishing, swimming or simply relaxing by the water.
