About this home
"Le Lucan" is a cosily furnished holiday home in Dochamps for 7 to 8 people + 1 baby (pets not allowed). On the ground floor you'll find the spacious living room (Proximus TV / Chromecast) and dining area (+60m²) as well as the semi-open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave & fan oven, blender, toaster, water heater, coffee maker, drinks fridge, Senseo, highchair, children's cutlery... There is also a toilet (with rainwater flush) and the storage room (with additional drinks fridge) / utility room located on this level. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms (3 x 2 Auping box springs which can be placed together or apart and 1 room with a bed that can be pulled out to make a double bed if needed). All beds (for 8 people) are provided with duvets (ecological African cotton) as well as the necessary pillows. The bathroom (with toilet and bath) is also located on this floor. A cot is available too. There are also 3 private parking spaces (1 with charging point for EV (most charging cards accepted or pay per use)) and a lockable storage shed. In the garden (15 ares) there is a terrace (partly covered & heated), BBQ, swing/climbing tower and the sauna. In the surrounding area there is a tavern / restaurant, Parc Chlorophylle, La Roche (kayak) and of course plenty of woodland for lovely walks.
