Chalet Le Lucan

"Le Lucan" is a cosily furnished holiday home in Dochamps for 7 to 8 people and 1 baby. On the ground floor you'll find the spacious living room with Proximus TV and Chromecast, and the dining area (over 60 m²). The semi-open kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, fan oven, blender, toaster, water heater, coffee maker, drinks fridge, Senseo, highchair and children's cutlery. This level also has a toilet with rainwater flush, and the storage room with an extra drinks fridge and the utility room. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms: three with two Auping box springs, which can be placed together or apart, and one with a bed that can be pulled out to make a double bed. All beds (for 8 people) have duvets of ecological African cotton and the necessary pillows. The bathroom, with toilet and bath, is also on this floor. A cot is available. Outside there are 3 private parking spaces, one with a charging point for electric cars (most charging cards or pay per use), and a lockable storage shed. In the garden of 15 ares you'll find a terrace (partly covered and heated), a BBQ, a swing with climbing tower and the sauna. In the surrounding area there is a tavern with restaurant, Parc Chlorophylle, La Roche with kayaking and of course plenty of woodland for lovely walks.
