Oehoe202 is a warm and cosy forest house in the middle of the De Liereman nature reserve in Oud-Turnhout, a protected Natura 2000 site of two hundred hectares of pools, heathland and grasslands. Stay here and you are woken in the morning by birdsong and fall asleep at night to the crackle of the wood stove. The house sleeps four people, with a baby cot for the little ones. Inside you will find three bedrooms (two with a double bed, one with a single bed) and a bathroom with both a shower and a bath. The cosy living room has a lounge sofa, a smart TV and a bookcase full of reading for lazy afternoons. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, a grill, an espresso machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge and a freezer. Air conditioning, a pellet stove, a washing machine and a dryer add extra comfort. The fenced garden is a play paradise in itself, with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a covered bamboo terrace, a playhouse, a sandpit, a football goal and a hammock for daydreaming. There is a carport for the car and pets are welcome up to two. De Liereman is literally at the door: walking and cycling are endless here, and there are even canoes and a ferry. Oud-Turnhout has shops and restaurants, and nearby Turnhout is home to the Playing Card Museum and plenty of activities. Oehoe202 is the place to unwind completely, with the nature of the Kempen as your permanent neighbour.
