Gîte de Froidcour et Nid du Faucon

This holiday cottage is in the immediate vicinity of Froidcour Castle in Stoumont, with a garden area reserved for guests. Completed in 2015, it sleeps 22 people. There are 22 beds spread across 8 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 7 beds, 1 bedroom with 3 beds and 6 bedrooms with 2 beds. There are 6 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. All spaces are large and bright: a fitted kitchen open to the dining room, a living room with wood-burning stove, a games room with pool table and table football, and a children's corner with child's bed and high chair. The wellness area has a Finnish sauna and an infrared sauna. The many wood panels and floors of oak, beech and softwood come from the estate itself, and the rooms look out over the Amblève valley and the surrounding forests. Wi-Fi is available. Outside there is a partly covered terrace, a large garden with BBQ and a sandpit: barbecues in summer, sledging in winter. There is direct access to 2 recommended 6 km walks. If you walk quietly, you may meet the wildlife of the forests, and in early autumn you can hear the red deer rut right up to the door of the cottage.
