About this holiday home
Le Fenil is a charming holiday home for 12 to 13 people (children and baby included) at La Fermette de Josette, in the small village of Devant-les-Bois near Mettet. This former farm is divided into five independent adjoining holiday homes: La Forge, Le Fenil, L'Ecurie, Le Corps de Logis and L'Etable. Le Fenil has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a large living area with sitting area, wood stove and open kitchen, a billiard table, a TV room and a table football. Around the house is a large garden shared by the 5 holiday homes, with outdoor play equipment for children and a fire pit. On the terrace of Le Fenil is a private outdoor jacuzzi, open all year round (except in hard frost) from 9am to 6pm. This holiday home is reserved for families only. Pets are not allowed. The owners live nearby.

House rules
Firewood for the fireplace and a barbecue are at your disposal. Bed linen and bath towels: bring your own, or available as an option on prior request. Please bring: bin bags, toilet paper, tea towels and kitchen essentials (spices, etc.). To bring for the hot tub: bath sheets. To bring for the barbecue: firelighters, kindling and charcoal. The outdoor hot tub can be used all year round (except in severe cold), from 9 am to 6 pm. Departure at 10 am on Mondays and Fridays, at 6 pm on Sundays. House reserved for families. Stag and hen parties are not allowed.
