The Modern cottage is a charming cottage for 10 people, 5 bedrooms, indoor and outdoor games for children… We welcome you to a nature reserve, an ideal setting for lovers of wildlife and flora, nature, culture, architecture or gastronomy. The fact that this cottage is semi-detached with other properties and its proximity to a nature reserve require respect for peace and quiet. We will be on site and will be delighted to help you experience this haven of peace The wellness area including the indoor swimming pool (open all year round) and the jacuzzi (accessible from 01/04 to 30/9) are shared with the 3 cottages from 9 am to 6 pm The telephone network is weak on the property and the satellite wifi connection may be disrupted due to extreme weather conditions. This house is intended solely for families and pets are prohibited. Come and visit the Domaine des vers luisants set in 25 hectares with numerous green spaces featuring different areas designed for biodiversity that you can observe from your cottage or your terrace throughout your stay. During your stay, you can take part in different activities if you wish such as fishing in the river or at the lakes of Eau d'Heure, big game hunting, horse riding, nature discovery and various waymarked walks, board games, wellness and water activities at the lakes of Eau d'Heure, several visits to different craft breweries, tasting local produce, visiting the Neptune caves or experiencing a retro day on a steam train,… Located in the Walloon Region in the province of Namur, in the heart of the rural village of Frasnes-lez-Couvin, south of the Vallées des Eaux Vives. The domaine des vers luisants is located 5min from Couvin, 10min from the Eau d'Heure Dams, 12min from Chimay, 18 min from Rocroi and 25min from Givet and Dinant
