About this holiday home
This bright, tastefully furnished apartment with plenty of privacy is entirely on the first floor and is reached through its own entrance and one flight of stairs. The living room has a two-seater sofa and two armchairs, a 43-inch smart TV (with Netflix), a DVD and radio/CD player and soft lighting. The open kitchen has a fridge, a 4-burner gas hob, a combination microwave with oven and grill, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, pots and pans and crockery. The two bedrooms have comfortable boxspring beds at a comfortable height (7-zone pocket springs, 60 cm high) and large wardrobes. The bathroom has a rain shower. The apartment also has a storage room. Because it is on the first floor, the view from the living room and the private balcony reaches even further over the South Limburg hills. Buitenverblijf 't Herfse lies in the hamlet of Schweiberg, in the countryside around Mechelen, Epen and Slenaken in the hilly Heuvelland of South Limburg, and welcomes adults only (18 and over). The orchard has lounge and relaxation spots with plenty of privacy. On arrival, coffee or tea and Limburg vlaai (fruit tart) are waiting for you.

To make sure everyone enjoys a pleasant and relaxed stay, we have a few house rules. Peace and privacy: Buitenverblijf 't Herfse is an adults-only accommodation, exclusively for guests aged 18 and over. Pets are not allowed. Length of stay: During the season (April to October) we mainly rent this apartment by the week, with Friday as the fixed arrival and departure day. There are exceptions, so please check our availability calendar. In low season (November to March) you are very welcome for a shorter stay of 3 nights or more. Arrival and departure are then possible on several weekdays, except Sunday. Arrival: On the day of arrival we welcome you between 15:00 and 18:00. We gladly take a moment to show you around the grounds and the apartment, and we are happy to suggest walks, bike rides, good places to eat or other outings that suit your wishes and interests. Then you can settle in at your own pace and get into the holiday mood with a cup of coffee or tea and a delicious slice of Limburg vlaai! Departure: So that our next guests can also enjoy a lovely clean and fresh apartment, we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 at the latest on the day of departure. Non-smoking: Our apartments and their terraces and balconies are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in the ornamental garden and the traditional orchard.
