Ardennen Landgoed Le Herou is a large estate near La Roche-en-Ardenne, a former hotel of 1400 m² across five floors. It is magnificently set in the Deux Ourthes Nature Park, on 8 hectares of private grounds surrounded by forest, river and reservoir. The whole estate is rented exclusively to one group, from 10 to 70 people. The house has 19 bedrooms and one large open sleeping area, with up to 70 sleeping places in total. Many bedrooms have their own shower, and in the living room on the first floor sofa beds provide 2 extra sleeping places. The 17-metre panoramic living kitchen is semi-professionally equipped, so a large group can cook and eat together. Here you find maximum privacy and peace in comfort, with stunning views everywhere, especially from the 30-metre high belvedere. Fast internet is available via Starlink. There is parking for about thirty cars. The ground floor is fully accessible, with a room with washbasin and toilet on that floor for a guest in a wheelchair.

The entire country house is non-smoking. Smoking is possible outside, not on the terrace or parking as an ashtray. No pets without the prior written consent of the host. No candles or open flames in the building; tea lights in glasses are allowed. Outside only fire in the fire bowl. No tents, caravans or motorhomes on the estate. No air mattresses or extra sleeping places; maximum 70 people. Rest from 22:00 to 07:00; no noise nuisance for the environment. Empty sleeping floors at 8 am on the day of departure. Deposit of 3,000 euros.
