Luxury holiday homes
Luxury here is a price band, not a verdict on quality. It covers homes with a higher nightly price. What you get for that differs a lot from one home to the next.

Below are homes in a higher price band. The home's page shows the price, the room layout, the facilities and the extra costs, so you can judge for yourself whether it suits you.
What to look for
- Read which facilities are included in the price, such as wellness, a pool or breakfast. Anything that costs extra is listed under extra costs.
- Ask what service is included: bed linen, towels, final cleaning, a welcome on arrival.
- Look at the photos room by room and ask about furnishing and upkeep. A photo usually shows the best angle.
- Work out the total for your group and dates. For a large group, a higher nightly price per person sometimes turns out less steep.
Frequently asked questions
What makes a home luxury?
Here only the price band: homes with a higher nightly price. It says nothing about stars or a rating. You read the facilities and furnishing on the home's page yourself.
Does it come with wellness or a pool?
Sometimes, not always. It is listed under each home's features. A higher price does not guarantee a particular facility, so check that the home has what you are looking for.
Is the final cleaning included?
That differs per home. For some it is in the price, for others it is added. You see it under the extra costs, or you ask the owner.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
The owner decides that. If there is a deposit, it is listed with the costs or you ask. Also ask when and how it is returned after your stay.
