A spacious house for eight in Kraainem, on the green eastern edge of Brussels. Three bedrooms upstairs, extra sleeping space downstairs, a private garden with a barbecue and an integral garage. It works for the airport as well as for the city: Brussels Airport is about five kilometres away as the crow flies, the centre of Brussels eight. The house has two floors. The three bedrooms are on the first floor and hold three double beds between them. Downstairs a sofa bed and a single bed bring the total to eight sleeping places. There are two bathrooms and three toilets. On the ground floor you will find a shower and two toilets. Every room has towels ready and a wardrobe, and the largest bedroom has a portable air conditioning unit. The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, combi oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, two coffee machines with coffee, tea, sugar and milk, a mixer and a sandwich maker, along with plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. There is a washing machine and a dryer, and detergent is provided. For cleaning you will find a vacuum cleaner, dustpan and mop, plus an iron and ironing board. The temperature is set on the thermostat and two fire extinguishers are installed. Behind the house lies a private garden with a barbecue. For the car there is an integral garage, and street parking is free. Kraainem is a green municipality right against Brussels. The airport is about five kilometres away as the crow flies, handy for an early flight or a late arrival. The centre of Brussels is eight kilometres away and the Kraainem metro takes you there directly; the station is a little under two kilometres from the house. The park of Tervuren with the Africa Museum is six kilometres away. The house stands in a residential neighbourhood, which asks for some consideration towards the neighbours. The owners ask you to keep it quiet between eleven at night and seven in the morning. Smoking and parties are not allowed, and only registered guests may stay overnight. An electric car is charged at the public charging point in front of the house, not on the house supply.
