Welcome to our countryside holiday home for 10 people, in Aaigem on the edge of the Flemish Ardennes, close to the Den Dotter nature reserve. It is therefore the ideal base for walkers, cyclists and mountain bikers, as well as for true nature lovers who want to explore our beautiful region. Relax in an oasis of green nature, the house is situated in the middle of the fields, close to the Den Dotter nature reserve. In spring the nature reserve turns completely yellow with the beautifully flowering Marsh Marigolds and you can smell the wild spring flora. In autumn Den Dotter colours in the most beautiful autumn shades and you might spot a lovely mushroom! Winter brings beautiful vistas once again, and in summer you can enjoy sunbathing in the garden or seek refreshment in our wonderfully beautiful Den Dotter nature reserve. The Molenbeek/Ter Erpenbeek crosses the nature reserve and you can admire the Gotegemmolen with fish pond and the Engelsmolen. In the morning when you wake up, you hear the birds singing, the lapwings dance their most beautiful acrobatic flights and whilst making coffee, you gaze outside and see a solitary hare startle, who knows you might spot the deer at dusk, … Would you like to go out with a nature guide?
