De Bles is a quietly located holiday home for up to four people, ideally two adults and two children. This step-free bungalow is stylishly furnished, kept spotless, and offers every comfort for a carefree stay. There is a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a covered terrace facing south-west. You have one large bedroom with a double bed and one small bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom, two toilets, a lockable bicycle store and a spacious carport. The house is not large, but it is full of light and feels pleasantly spacious. The beds are made up on arrival, and there is plenty of bed and bath linen. We always welcome our guests in person. The cleaning after your stay is on us. De Bles sits quietly in the countryside around Avelgem, a stone's throw from Hainaut and East Flanders. Cycling and walking nodes start close by. Avelgem is home to the beautiful Scheldemeersen nature reserve, easily reached along the old railway line. Within ten kilometres: the Kluisbos, picturesque Kwaremont, the Tiegemberg, the De Gavers provincial estate, the Mortagnebos, the Orveytbos, and a little further the De Ghellinck estate, the Muziekbos and the Pays des Collines. The historic towns of Kortrijk, Ronse, Oudenaarde, Tournai and Lille are all within easy reach and well worth a visit.

Normas de la casa

Je kan aankomen in de woning vanaf 14u, vertrekken ten laatste om 12u. Bij aankomst ontvang je van ons de sleutel en maken we je even wegwijs in de woning. Er is een rookverbod in de woning. Er zijn geen huisdieren toegelaten. Extra mensen uitnodigen om er een feest te laten doorgaan is uitdrukkelijk niet toegelaten. Er is een laadpaal voor elektrische wagens. Wie hiervan gebruik maakt zal de kost van het verbruik aangerekend worden op het moment van het vertrek. We hanteren een budgetvriendelijk tarief. De woning en tuin is netjes en verzorgd. Dit houden we graag zo :-)
