La Fohalle

La Fohalle is a fully renovated old Ardennes farmhouse in the municipality of Stavelot, set slightly back from a charming village. The gîte sleeps up to fifteen people. The interior has been completely refurbished, with large rooms that are carefully furnished and decorated. La Fohalle is quiet and a little secluded, in the middle of nature. The generous spaces let everyone find their own privacy. From here you can set off for a forest walk or a hike on foot or by mountain bike. The village of Stavelot has a historic abbey, museums and well-known folklore traditions. The region also has the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, the Coo waterfalls and the Plopsa Coo amusement park. The house measures 280 m² over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining corner, a large living and dining room, a small lounge with an open fire and television, a laundry room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the six bedrooms are arranged around a landing with a reading corner and a second television: two rooms with a double bed, three rooms with two single beds, and one room with two bunk beds (four sleeping places) and a cot. Two of the bedrooms have their own bathroom. Upstairs there is also a bathroom with a bath, a bathroom with a shower and two separate toilets. Outside, the garden covers 3,000 m², with a terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue and a play area with a slide and swing for children. Smoking is not allowed indoors.
