"Le Lucantier" is a cosy and luxuriously furnished holiday home in Dochamps for 9 people (pets not allowed). On the ground floor you'll find the living room with open kitchen (90cm induction hob, fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer with 3 drawers, coffee maker, Senseo, juicer, toaster, blender, etc.), living room (digital TV) with wood burner and dining area (2.60m table). We also have on the ground floor the sauna room, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with bath and toilet (rainwater flush) and storage room and the utility room with extra wine or drinks fridge. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (each with double beds and one with an extra single bed and a cot). The second bathroom (washbasin, toilet (rainwater flush) and walk-in shower) is also on this floor. All beds (Auping box springs) are provided with duvets (African cotton) and pillows. There is sufficient parking space for 4 cars (1 with charging point for EV (suitable for most charging cards or can be settled via consumption). The garden (10a) is completely enclosed, there is a swing and behind the house there is a large covered terrace (with heating), as well as a sun terrace, both with garden furniture. There is also a petanque court available. In the area there is a tavern/restaurant, Parc Chlorophylle, La Roche (kayak) and of course many forests for lovely walks.
