B&B 't Herfter Erf

B&B 't Herfter Erf sits on the edge of Zwolle, tucked away among centuries-old oak trees. Mirjam and Raoul rent out a self-contained apartment for up to four people here, in the countryside yet close to town. You wake up to birdsong with a view over the greenery. Downstairs is a bright living room with a large sofa, two armchairs, a round dining table for four and a smart TV, with underfloor heating. The kitchenette has a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a fridge with freezer compartment, a two-ring induction hob, an air fryer, a dishwasher, a toaster and a sandwich maker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel, and towels are provided. Upstairs, under the sloping roof, are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and a semi-open bedroom with a flexible bed for one or two people. You choose a firm or soft pillow, and bed linen is included. Outside you have a large private terrace by the water with garden furniture, for breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine at sunset. Parking on site is free, there is a paid charging point for electric cars and your bike can be stored safely. If you like, a breakfast package waits in the fridge on arrival: rolls to bake yourself, cheese, cold cuts, honey, fruit and yoghurt. It is booked separately. The Wijthmenerplas lake, for a walk or a swim, is a ten-minute walk away. The centre of Zwolle, with Museum de Fundatie and the historic old town, is eighteen minutes by bike. The B&B is hard to reach by public transport; let Mirjam and Raoul know and they will see whether they can pick you up. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
