Carefully renovated, this characterful building combines modern comfort and rustic charm, in a peaceful, green setting with superb views over the Amblève valley. With its 350 m² and numerous living areas, Aux Bouleaux can accommodate up to 18 people, ideal for large families or groups of friends. The house has 6 comfortable bedrooms. On the 1st floor, bedroom 1 has a double bed 140 x 200 and a cot, bedroom 2 has a double bed 140 x 200, a single bed 90 x 200 and a cot, and bedroom 3 (behind bedroom 2) has 2 single beds 90 x 200. Bedroom 4 has a double bed 140 x 200, a cot and its own bathroom (shower, washbasin). Bedroom 5 has a double bed 140 x 200, a single bed 90 x 200 and its own bathroom (shower, washbasin, wc). On the 2nd floor is bedroom 6, with a double bed 140 x 200, 4 single beds 90 x 200 and a washbasin. In total there are 7 modern bathrooms, 4 separate showers and 3 separate wcs. The kitchen is fully equipped: 2 ovens, 8 hobs, 2 large refrigerators, one with a freezer compartment, 2 dishwashers, a microwave oven, 2 percolators and an electric kettle. There is a large dining room and a double living room with a glass-fronted wood-burning stove and television. The relaxation room has a 2-person infrared sauna, and the games room has table football and air hockey. Outside there is a covered terrace with barbecue and a semi-enclosed private garden of 200 m² with children's games. Private parking and Wi-Fi are free. Pets are accepted on request.
