The villa 'Les Noisetiers' was built in 1907 by our great-grandfather who made it the family holiday villa. We have renovated it with all the comfort necessary for a successful stay, whilst preserving its charm and character. Its wooded garden of 2000 m² in a quiet area and its three terraces allow relaxation in the heart of nature barely 5 minutes from the centre of Spa. Spread over three levels, the villa has five bedrooms fitted with single beds, two full bathrooms with bath and shower, as well as a separate WC on the ground floor. The living room welcomes you with its fireplace, a television area and a billiard table, whilst the dining room has a separate table for board games. The kitchen is fully equipped: gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. To relax, the house has a wellness area with infrared sauna, as well as a wood-burning stove and a fireplace for cooler evenings. Outside, you can enjoy the large garden, the three terraces and a barbecue, with four private parking spaces. Families will appreciate the children's chairs, the baby cot and the changing mat. A dog is also welcome. Spa and its surroundings offer plenty to fill each day: the Spa Thermal Baths, Lake Warfaaz, the walking paths and cycle routes of the High Fens, and the famous Spa-Francorchamps circuit nearby. The town centre, its shops and its restaurants can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
