The Whitestone module of Twinstone Lodge is a luxurious holiday home for groups of up to 12 people, on the Kattevennen estate in Genk, one of the gateways to Hoge Kempen National Park. The modular layout lets you combine Whitestone with Blackstone, bringing the whole house to 28 people. It is an ideal base for walks and cycling on the well-known node network. Next to the house are a pump track and a mountain bike course, and a few metres further a dry slope for serious athletes. Whitestone has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus its own sauna to warm up after a day outdoors. The house is entirely on one level and step-free, with wide access and an adapted toilet and shower. That makes it workable for guests who walk with difficulty or use a wheelchair, which is rare for a group house this size. For the youngest there is a cot and a high chair. On the estate itself you will find brasserie De Krater with its terrace, where you can sit down without booking. The De Speelplaneet playground is right beside the lodge, and the Cosmodrome with its planetarium shows is within walking distance. On a multi-day stay with children, that tends to be the safe bet. Hoge Kempen National Park starts at the front door: walking through vast pine forests, cycling past pools and heathland, mountain biking on the marked routes. Riders will find an extensive bridle path network too. Thanks to the location near the Oosterring, exit hospital ZOL, you reach the house easily from Antwerp, Brussels and Eindhoven. Whitestone is a versatile base for family weekends, groups of friends and active stays, and if you come with a larger group, you rent Blackstone alongside it.
