A stone's throw from the famous Muur van Geraardsbergen sits this spacious holiday home that can accommodate up to 16 people. The location is unique: barely 100 metres from the mythical cobbled climb that sets the Tour of Flanders trembling every year, yet within walking distance of the town centre with its shops, brasseries and cosy terraces. The property has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all fitted with air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook for a large group, and the spacious living area with adjoining veranda offers enough room for everyone to sit together at the table or have a pleasant chat after a day of cycling or walking. At the back you'll find a large south-facing, enclosed garden with private parking, an infrared sauna, a jacuzzi, a petanque court, a barbecue and even a tree house with toys for the children. Ideal then for families with young children as well as groups of friends or colleagues wanting to get away together for a while. The Flemish Ardennes form a paradise for those who like to get on their bike or put on their walking boots. From the property you can cycle or walk straight towards rolling hills, hop fields and picturesque villages. Feeling less energetic? Then there's the Provincial Domain De Gavers with swimming pond and water sports nearby, or head to the centre of Geraardsbergen for a local Mattentaart with your coffee. Tourist maps and tips are ready and waiting in the property, so you can plot your favourite route straight away. Quietly situated, every comfort, yet right in the middle of one of Belgium's most characterful regions.
