This very comfortable holiday cottage is rated 3 ears of corn and measures about 70 m². It is on the heights of Namur, in a quiet, rural setting on a wooded property of 2,500 m². It comprises 2 bedrooms upstairs, a living room with a double sofa bed and a fully tiled bathroom. It is equipped with 2 Smart TVs, one of which has a very large screen, and a sauna. On the ground floor you have a utility room, a fitted kitchen, a toilet, a storage room and a garage with motorised door to store your personal belongings, bicycles or motorcycles. This accommodation has its own garden with terrace (barbecue, garden chairs, sun loungers). You also have access to the large shared garden with a heated 32 m² swimming pool, covered when the weather is poor, the plancha barbecue, the terraces and the pool house. For games there are a pétanque court, badminton, table tennis and archery, as well as chickens and two ponds with a waterfall. Practical: beds are made on arrival, internet is free and a parking space is reserved at your accommodation. There is also a fast charging point for electric vehicles.
