De Zwaluwhoeve is an ecological, luxurious 5-star holiday home for 24 people. It is an ideal base for large groups looking for a stay in green, secluded surroundings, to be together or to do things together. The house is very spacious and has a large enclosed garden in the heart of Bosland National Park. De Zwaluwhoeve has 8 luxury bedrooms, each with a spacious bathroom, flat-screen TV, small fridge and safe. Couples, families and large parties find everything they need here. On the ground floor and on the first floor alike there is a comfortable sitting area with a large flat screen and a well-equipped kitchen. The attic floor holds a multipurpose room with all the facilities you need. Two pleasant terraces offer privacy and look out over a wide lawn where the youngest can run around. There is more than enough parking. De Zwaluwhoeve is, in short, the place to enjoy yourself, slow down and make good memories. Walking and cycling start at the front door. De Zwaluwhoeve is surrounded by the woods of Bosland, and Heesakkerpark lies right across the road. The routes run past alder carr, hay meadows, fishing ponds and reed beds. The house sits between junctions 206 and 209 of the Limburg cycle network, and mountain bikers are 100 metres from the Zwarte route of 33 kilometres in Pelt, which can be combined with the blue loop of 29 kilometres. The Overpelt mountain bike network starts one kilometre away. Bikes are kept safely in the locked bike store, where electric bikes can be charged, and rental bikes are available. For groups who want to make more of it, the owner puts together activities to measure: a canoe trip on the Dommel, a mountain bike tour, a full barbecue or a team building game nearby. Guests travelling with horses may bring them along. The farm has ten well-finished stables, an outdoor riding arena, a horse solarium and a fenced pasture of five hectares given over entirely to the horses. The house sits at junction 27 of the Limburg riding and carriage route network. Stabling costs nothing extra; when you book you simply say how many stalls you need.
