Woubrugge Logies

Woubrugge Logies is a holiday cottage in the back garden of Roelof and Tanja's home on the Comriekade in Woubrugge. It sits right on the Woudwetering, a waterway that flows into the Braassemermeer lake. From there you can sail on to the Kagerplassen and the Westeinder Plassen. The cottage is set up for two adults. The room has a 160 x 210 cm box-spring bed, playfully screened off from the rest of the space. The sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) turns into a double bed, so up to four people can stay, for example a family with two young children. A cot can be added on request. The kitchen has a fridge, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine (with coffee and tea for the first days), kettle and toaster. There is a dining table with four chairs, a TV and free wifi. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a vanity unit. Air conditioning heats and cools the cottage. The cottage faces south, with a covered veranda and its own, largely screened garden with a lawn and espaliered fruit trees. Chairs on the quay are there for guests to watch the boats go by. Two kayaks are free to use. There are board games, and on request boxes of toys for children aged 2 to 12 are put out. Through the back gate it is a one-minute walk to a small shopping square with a large supermarket, a snack bar and a pharmacy. On the Comriekade there is a bakery with a small terrace by the water, and across the water you can eat at restaurant 't Oude Raadhuys. Leiden is close by. Amsterdam, The Hague, Delft, Gouda, the beach at Noordwijk and Keukenhof in Lisse are about half an hour's drive away. Parking is free. Bikes go in a lockable bike shed with a charging point for e-bikes.
