Modern holiday home (2024) with a large garden, hot tub, sauna and playground, ideal for families looking for peace, nature and time together. Right by the Gratiebos woods, the Donkmeer lake, walking and cycling routes and child-friendly outings, and a short distance from Ghent and Antwerp. The house takes its name from the four elements: the six bedrooms are called Fire, Air, Earth and Water, each with a double bed, sleeping 12 in total. There are four bathrooms, two with a bath, shower and toilet and two with a shower and toilet. The spacious living room has a seating area with a large smart TV and streaming. The kitchen is fully equipped for a big group, with an electric hob, a large oven, a combi oven, two fridges, a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee maker. Fast Wi-Fi and heating are available throughout. The private wellness area with a hot tub and sauna is all yours. Outside you will find a terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, a cosy fire bowl and a barbecue, while the children enjoy the play meadow with outdoor play equipment. A high chair and a cot are available. You park for free right by the house, there is a charging point for electric cars, and you check in independently whenever it suits you. The house sits at the entrance of the Gratiebos woods, with walking, running and cycling routes on the doorstep. Ghent is about 26 km away and Antwerp 40 km, so you can easily combine city and nature.
