Le Reve du Sanglier

In the Belgian Ardennes, on the edge of the forest, sits this old small hotel that has been converted into a luxury retreat for nature lovers, walkers, cyclists and foodies. The nature house is just outside the village of Les Forges and sleeps families and groups of up to 12 people. There are five double rooms and one room with bunk beds. The four lovely bathrooms all have a walk-in shower, one of them with an authentic freestanding bathtub. In addition to the large wood-burning stove, the entire house has central heating. The spacious kitchen includes an induction hob with wok burner and plenty of refrigeration space. The old restaurant of the small hotel is now a cosy dining and living area with bar and a large wood-fired oven, very suitable for pizzas, bread, focaccias and tarts, but also for slow cooking. In the garden you will find a fire pit, a large barbecue and a terrace with a long dining table, and the forest begins right behind the house. Our house is particularly suitable for families who enjoy cooking together and appreciating the beautiful Ardennes. Groups under 35 years old by request, pets by arrangement.
