Welcome to our new ground floor apartment (60 m2) suitable for 2 people. We are located between nature reserves and forests in the Dender Valley. We offer you a quality welcome and are happy to share our love for our region with you. Our holiday apartment is the perfect base for outings, walks and cycle rides in the Flemish Ardennes, le Pays des Collines and the Pajottenland. The apartment is new, fully furnished and has its own entrance. Air conditioning is present in the living room/kitchen and the bedroom. The cosy bright open plan living room has a dining area, seating area with Stressless chair, smart TV, library, board games, extensive regional information with various mapped out walking and cycling routes. The modern kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, 2 ring induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, citrus press, cooking utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery... The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin, hairdryer and toilet. In the bedroom there is a queen size (180 x 200 cm) Auping bed and a spacious wardrobe with safe. The bedroom can be completely darkened. Bed, bath and kitchen linen are provided on arrival. You can make use of a private terrace with garden furniture. We also provide a welcome pack consisting of coffee pods, tea, basic cleaning products... A private parking space is reserved for you in front of the property.

Zasady domu

Deze huisregels zijn bedoeld om uw verblijf prettig en probleemloos te laten verlopen. De woning mag nooit onderverhuurd worden of verhuurd voor feestjes. Wij vragen u om zorgzaam om te gaan met de vakantiewoning en de inboedel. Omdat elektriciteit, water en centrale verwarming in de huur inbegrepen zijn, vragen wij onze gasten om als een goede huisvader of huismoeder hiermee om te gaan. U kan de vakantiewoning betrekken vanaf 15 uur. Indien de huurder om een uitzonderlijke reden de woning vroeger wenst te betrekken, dient hij steeds op voorhand de toestemming van de eigenaar te vragen. Ook indien de huurder niet tijdig kan aankomen, dient hij zelf de eigenaar te verwittigen om de nieuwe regeling voor zijn onthaal te treffen. Het vertrek uit de vakantiewoning dient te gebeuren op de laatste dag van de huurperiode voor 10.30 uur ’ s ochtends. Het is ten strengste verboden te roken in de vakantiewoning. Buiten is een asbak voorzien. Brandblusapparaat en EHBO kit zijn ter plaatse. Wij vragen aan de huurder om het afval goed te sorteren : papier, glas, pmd, gft en restafval. Het verlies van de sleutel zal gepaard gaan met een kost van 50 euro. Huisdieren worden niet toegelaten.
