This spacious, new holiday home sits in the heart of the High Fens, the vast nature reserve around Sourbrodt in the East Cantons. It sleeps up to 24 people and is ideal for a large family, a group of friends or a multi-generation gathering. Each of the six bedrooms has its own private bathroom, which makes staying together comfortable and peaceful. The large kitchen is double-equipped, with two dishwashers, two ovens and two fridges, so cooking together is easy even with a big group. The generous dining table seats everyone, and the lounge has a billiard table and a cosy sitting area. After a long walk or bike ride, you relax in the wellness area with sauna and enclosed patio. The huge garden of 15,000 square metres is a playground in itself: children romp on the trampoline while the adults play pétanque by the barbecue or fire bowl. Two charging points for electric cars and ample parking are available. Special care has gone into accessibility. A ground-floor bedroom with adapted toilet and shower, wide step-free passages and an access ramp let guests with reduced mobility enjoy the place to the full. The High Fens are right on your doorstep, with walking and cycling routes through the moors, the Signal de Botrange as Belgium's highest point, and the villages of Waimes and Malmedy close by.
