'Le Cerf Noir' is a warm house for up to 14 people in Smuid, in the heart of an authentic and unspoilt Ardennes. A place where we come together, laugh and share, for a weekend or a longer stay with family or friends. From the moment you enter, the atmosphere envelops you: a living room where the open fire crackles, a convivial dining room warmed by a wood-burning stove and an open kitchen where everyone finds their place to cook, chat and savour. Everything is designed to encourage shared moments, without ever sacrificing comfort. On the ground floor, a double bedroom with private bathroom offers rest and privacy. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with private bathroom, two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a dormitory with 6 beds, a real den for children, cousins and friends who like to keep the evening going. Each bed is fitted with a cosy duvet and a comfortable pillow, for peaceful nights after days spent outdoors. The semi-covered terrace, overlooking the garden, becomes the heart of your days: meals in the open air, moments of relaxation in the deckchairs and evenings around the barbecue (available from 1/04 to 30/09). In the garage, a table tennis table promises impromptu tournaments and bursts of laughter. From the garden, direct access leads to the walking paths that wind through the forest. Here, nature is a constant companion: walks, games, discoveries and silence. 'Le Cerf Noir' is a refuge where you breathe, where you slow down, where you reconnect with what really matters.
