Abeellogies lies in a rural corner of Tielt, and yet a stone's throw from the centre, which you reach in a few minutes by bike. Tielt sits centrally between Bruges, Ghent and Kortrijk, on the border of the Brugse Ommeland and the Leiestreek, with the train station a kilometre and a half away. It is a group accommodation that welcomes large parties, up to eighteen people. The house has eight bedrooms, each with a made-up bed and a private bathroom with towels, so everyone has their own space and privacy. There is a family room, and for the little ones two baby cots and two high chairs are ready. A shower seat is available for anyone who needs one, and there is ample parking. The location lends itself perfectly to an active stay. Close by are the Meikesbossen and the provincial estate Baliekouter in Wakken, with lovely walks through greenery and water. The coast and the Westhoek are easily reached for a day trip, and the cycling nodes of the Leiestreek begin practically at the front door. Abeellogies is a practical, comfortable base for a family celebration, a sports weekend or a stay with a large group of friends in the heart of West Flanders.
