This little corner of paradise surrounded by greenery awaits you near Waimes for an unforgettable stay. Nine people can gather here and benefit from an excellent level of comfort. You'll be immediately won over by the setting and the view that this beautiful property offers. You'll find very good facilities with a relaxation area where you can enjoy the pleasures of the sauna. For entertainment, the children will also be delighted, with a games room featuring a table tennis table and a table football amongst other things. From a practical point of view, nothing has been left to chance here either, with pleasant living areas where you'll gather with pleasure. The living room is carefully arranged around the wood-burning stove for lovely evenings by the fire in winter, whilst the dining room will allow you to organise good feasts with the family in a convivial atmosphere. You'll also find a well-equipped kitchen that's sure to inspire you. You'll share 4 nicely decorated bedrooms and will also benefit from 2 bathrooms. Finally, you'll no doubt spend time outdoors in summer as you'll have a beautiful garden with terrace, barbecue and pétanque pitch. Lovers of wide open spaces, welcome to a true corner of paradise where you'll enjoy exceptional natural sites. This is particularly the case with Lake Robertville as well as Lake Bütgenbach, which offer numerous activities in a remarkable setting. Still very close to home, don't miss Reinhardstein Castle, a precious testimony to the region's rich historical heritage. The Spa-Francorchamps circuit is located less than 20 km away. During the Formula 1 Grand Prix, shuttles are available departing from Malmedy. Perched at 694 metres altitude, your holiday home is situated at the summit of Belgium, in the heart of the unspoilt landscapes of the High Fens-Eifel Nature Park. Waimes combines nature, heritage and leisure. Hiking and cycling enthusiasts will enjoy the RAVeL and the waymarked trails leading towards Malmedy, Bütgenbach or Stavelot. In winter, the ski slopes of Ovifat offer skiing pleasures for all ages.
