Le moulin de Nancy

Le Moulin de Nancy is a non-smoking gîte in the heart of the village of Hour, in Houyet (province of Namur): a very beautiful, peaceful rural village in the Famenne countryside at the edge of the Ardennes. The gîte welcomes you on a single level in a 65 m² space, ideal for 4 to 5 people, with an independent entrance. The bright living room combines dining area and lounge, with board games, cards, books and colouring pencils for enjoyable times with family or friends. The two bedrooms each have a 160/200 bed (or two 80/200 beds). The bathroom includes a shower, WC, hairdryer, toilet paper and hand towels. The fully equipped kitchen will delight lovers of good food: multifunction oven, 4 hobs, two microwaves, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, two coffee machines (percolator and Senseo), toaster, crêpe maker wok, kettle, blender and all necessary utensils. The gîte has central heating, fans (ceiling and standing) and free wifi. Cleaning products, bed linen and towels are provided. Outside there is a private front terrace for fine weather and free parking. An ideal region for nature lovers: hiking, kayaking trips, walking, horse riding or cycling, artistic and historical activities, and 450 km of marked trails in the municipality. Numerous craftspeople, market gardeners and goat farms can be found in the surrounding area. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours apply after 10 pm, under the strict rules of the municipality of Houyet.
