On the edge of the village of Vresse-sur-Semois in the heart of the Ardennes, you'll find this Le Moulin Cognaut. From the house and from the terrace you have a lovely view of the Semois. The garden (3000 m²) is bordered by the Ruisseau du Petit Fayt, a tributary of the Semois, and by the Pont Saint Lambert, a very well-known, idyllic, historic little bridge. The house consists of an entrance hall, a large dining room with open kitchen, two sitting rooms (one of which has a wood-burning stove), a conservatory, 10 bedrooms and four bathrooms (including one with jacuzzi). In the garden there is a sauna house with accompanying shower. There is also a spacious and sunny terrace with views of the garden and the Semois. There is a barbecue. You can fully enjoy nature and yet the cosy restaurants are only within walking distance of the house. There is a wide range of recreational activities. In summer the banks of the Semois become a sunbathing area with swimming zone barely 200 metres from your door. Children can swim to their heart's content and catch fish in the crystal-clear water. Kayaks and mountain bikes can also be hired in the village. From Vresse numerous walking and mountain biking routes depart that lead you through the forests past beautiful views, old tobacco barns and hidden mountain streams. This property is primarily intended for families. Young people and student groups (under 30) are not permitted.
