Gite d'Artemis SIMONIS Octave

Gîte d'Artémis sits in Fays-Polleur, part of Theux, looking out over the Hoëgne valley and the Bois du Stanneux. Spa and Verviers are a quarter of an hour away by car. The house measures 275 square metres and is all on one floor. It is surrounded by a private garden of 1,500 square metres with a private tennis court that guests may use free of charge. The surface drains, so you can play shortly after rain. There are six single beds and one double bed, plus a baby cot and a high chair. Bed linen and towels are included, and the wifi is free. There is private parking with a charging point for an electric car, a locked bicycle store with charging points, a terrace with a fire bowl for eating outdoors, and a trampoline for the children. The house stands on a working farm. Guests are welcome at the chicken run, the sheepfold and the vegetable garden. Along the lawn stands an open-air collection of old farming tools that tells the story of the area. On request, a paid shuttle for eight people runs from Verviers station to the house.
