Erve De Stokte

Erve De Stokte lies just outside Dalfsen in the Vechtdal, in a quiet spot at the edge of a nature reserve. The farmstead is a municipal monument with a small Salland farmhouse from 1861, an old barn from 1921 and a bakehouse, and horses, goats, cats and chickens roam the yard. Until the nineties it was a working farm. As a guest you have a spacious outbuilding to yourself, suitable for two to four people. On the ground floor are a large double boxspring bed and a living and dining area overlooking the garden and your own terrace. A staircase leads to the loft, with two single beds. The kitchen has three electric hobs, a combination oven with microwave, a fridge, a kettle and a coffee machine. The bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin can be heated. The house is heated by electric radiators, and on a cold evening the wood stove is there to use. You park on the property and your bike goes in a lockable shed, where you can also charge it. Bikes can be rented too. The house sits on cycling and walking routes, including the Vechtdalroute. Across the road you walk to the Stilte Café with a view over the Vecht, and down at the river a small ferry takes you to the nature reserve on the other side. At night it is dark enough for a beautiful starry sky. Breakfast can be added. Erve De Stokte is a farmstead that is also a family home. The spacious outbuilding is a former barn; the space downstairs is about 60 m².
