Eekhoornhuisje

The Eekhoornhuisje stands in Park Sonnevijver in Rekem (Lanaken), on the edge of the Hoge Kempen National Park. It is a quiet cottage for two to four guests, made for couples and small families who want a break. In the living area you sit in a lounge corner looking out over the greenery. The open kitchen with dining area has everything you need to cook for yourself, including an oven, a kettle and a Nespresso machine. Bring your own capsules. There is no dishwasher. The TV runs on an Apple TV, where you log in with your own streaming account. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels are included, the wifi is free, and there is a washing machine and a dryer. Outside you have your own well-kept garden with a large lounge set and ambient lighting, so you can sit out in the evening too. You have your own parking space, with room for two cars and a charging point for electric vehicles. The park uses number plate recognition, so you need no key or card to drive in. Pets are not allowed and smoking indoors is not permitted. Park Sonnevijver is fireworks-free.
